Always turn off your device before installing or replacing the battery. Follow the instructions in the Quick Start Guide to install the battery. Your device contains a rechargeable Li-ion polymer battery. This device is designed to use only manufacturer-specified original batteries and accessories. Battery performance depends on many factors, including your wireless service provider’s network configuration, signal strength, the temperature of the environment in which you operate your device, the features and/or settings you select and use, items attached to connecting ports, and your voice, data, and other program usage patterns.

Warning!
To reduce risk of fire or burns:
• Do not attempt to open, disassemble, or service the battery pack.
• Do not crush, puncture, short external contacts, or dispose of in fire or water.
• Do not expose to temperatures above 60o C (140o F).
• Replace only with the battery pack designated for this product.
• Recycle or dispose of used battery as stipulated by local regulation.

To check the battery power
1. Power on your device.
2. Do one of the following:
• Tap the battery level icon () on the Today screen.
• Alternatively, tap Start > Settings > Systems tab > Power

BMW 5 Series Intake Kit Installation Manual

The Intake Kit Installation Instructions for BMW 5 Series including BMW 5 Series 525i,528i & 530i (E39).

Step 1. Complete kit with parts.
Step 2. Complete stock intake.
Step 3. Unclip MAS (Mass Air Sensor) from air box using flathead screwdriver.
Step 4. Remove 10mm bolt from side fender.
Step 5. Detach resonator box from stock air box assembly using 8mm socket.
Step 6. Remove OE air box from vehicle.
Step 7. Carefully remove o-ring from stock air box.
Step 8. Install the billet aluminum adapter to the housing using M6 button heads
Step 9. Remove 8mm headlamp support bracket screw.
Step 10. Install housing into vehicle, making sure to guide MAS into billet adapter.
Step 11. Attach spring clips that are supplied in kit to MAS and clip onto billet adapter.
Step 12. Reinstall 8mm headlamp support bracket screw and use M6 hex head bolt and wavy washer to bolt down backside of housing.
Step 13. Install trim seal.
Step 14. Using a 5/16 nut driver or flat blade screwdriver install pre-oiled aFe filter.
Step 15. Make sure all hoses and clamps are tight and that all electrical components (if applicable) are secure. Check and retighten connections and filter after a few hours of operation.
